Vastint Poland has completed the construction of a new building complex, which includes the B10 office building and the Element by Westin hotel. This new project, located at Bolkowska Street 1-3 next to Business Garden, serves as a natural extension of the existing complex.

The newly built complex combines an excellent location and functionality with innovative technical and material solutions. The buildings, with a total area of over 20,000 m², include a six-story office building with rental spaces and a seven-story hotel designed for both short- and long-term stays. Both buildings are connected by a shared courtyard, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and recreation amidst greenery.

“Designing the complex, we aimed to create a cohesive composition of the building form, green arrangements, and open areas to naturally blend with the existing Business Garden complex. Our goal was also to plan a space that not only meets the needs of the modern office market but also brings new quality and functionality, which was achieved through the additional feature of a hotel,” says Szymon Wojciechowski, CEO, Co-owner, and Architect-Partner at APA Wojciechowski Architekci.

The B10 office building features a modular H-shaped design and a concrete façade. Each above-ground floor has an area of 2,300 m², allowing for flexible adaptation to tenants’ needs. The total office area is 14,104 m². The ground floor, with a reception area designed by turnerbates Design & Architecture, serves as a meeting and working space in addition to its reception function. The underground part of the building includes a two-story garage with 340 parking spaces and convenient changing rooms for cyclists. The building will be certified under the LEED, WELL and WiredScore systems, confirming its high quality and comfortable working environment.

“We are in advanced negotiations with entities interested in renting space in our new project. I believe we will sign the first lease agreements soon. The office building, located right next to the Wrocław – Mikolajow railway station, offers a modern and friendly working environment that attracts leading companies, mainly from the financial sector and modern business services. The numerous amenities available to tenants in the Business Garden area are undoubtedly a significant advantage of this location,” says Marek Ulanecki, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.

Element by Westin is the second hotel of this brand in Europe and the first long-term hotel with a global loyalty program in Poland. Each of the 115 elegantly designed rooms offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spa-inspired bathroom, providing comfort regardless of the length of stay. The hotel was built to the highest sustainable construction standards and will also undergo LEED and Green Key certification. The hotel will be managed by Hotel Co51,
a company belonging to the Vastint Group.

The general contractor for the project was Mostostal Warszawa.
